These Terms govern your use of Amiko (the "Service"), operated by C4F Technologies OÜ, a company registered in Estonia with registered address at Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10145, Estonia ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Beta

Amiko is currently offered in a private beta. Access is granted at our discretion, the Service is provided "as is", and features may change or be withdrawn while we develop it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Your content

You own the content you put into Amiko. We claim no ownership over it and only process it to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the right to store the content you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
